Shipping Policy

Origin of Shipment: All our products are shipped from Tibet, China.

Shipping Carriers: We typically use reputable international couriers such as SF Express, Express-hk, UPS, and other similar carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.

Order Processing Time: After you place an order, we will process and dispatch it within 48-72 hours (2-3 business days). Please note that this processing time excludes weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time: As our products are shipped internationally, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. International shipping can take additional time, so we appreciate your patience. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout, but these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive appropriate compensation or a replacement.
